Every option is the same ChatGPT Plus seat. What changes is how long you pay for and what happens if the seat stops working.
One seat is shared by at most 5 people, and every plan includes the full ChatGPT Plus feature set - Codex included.
If the seat stops working during the paid period we fix it, move you to another seat, or refund the remaining value - one of the three. Requests are reviewed and abuse is rejected.

Warranty binds to the order it was bought with and is claimed from your dashboard while the paid period is running. Liability is capped at what you paid for that order.
Pricing
A seat is shared, so the monthly cost is split. The gap between the two TranslateR numbers is only what happens when the seat breaks.

Prices are in USD and cover the seat plus our management service.
What you are paying for
We provision every seat, watch its health, hand you the login codes and move you to a fresh one the moment it misbehaves. That management is the product.
Up to 5 people sign in to the same account, so concurrency and queueing are part of the deal.
Changing it locks out every other seat holder, and the resulting failure is covered by neither tier.
Touching the security settings breaks delivery and code retrieval. Leave them exactly as delivered.
We cannot guarantee conversations, and a seat replacement starts from an empty account. Back up what matters.
Flagship models, file uploads, image generation, advanced voice and deep reasoning - whatever ChatGPT Plus grants the seat, you use it.
Codex runs on your seat like every other Plus feature. Its usage allowance is the one ChatGPT Plus grants that account, so it cannot be topped up here.
Transfers sent outside the order, to a personal account, are not refundable and not covered.
Report a fault from your dashboard and we repair it, move you to another seat, or refund the remaining value - usually inside one business day.
