ChatGPT Plus Seat Service

TranslateR sells the management and delivery of ChatGPT Plus seats — provisioning, health monitoring, credential retrieval, seat replacement and refund handling. What you pay for is this service.

• TranslateR is not affiliated with, authorised by, or sponsored by OpenAI. ChatGPT, GPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI and are named here only to describe the product we manage.
• A seat is one ChatGPT Plus subscription account shared by at most five people. Sharing an account beyond the subscriber's own use may breach OpenAI's terms of service. If OpenAI restricts or suspends an account, that decision is theirs and outside our control; our warranty tiers exist to price that risk, and our obligations are limited to the remedies written in the warranty and refund sections of these Terms.
• Usage allowances — message caps, rate limits, model availability, Codex quota and any other limit ChatGPT Plus imposes — belong to OpenAI and apply to the seat exactly as granted. They cannot be increased by buying more from us. Codex is available on a seat whenever OpenAI grants it to that account.
• You do not own the ChatGPT account. Credentials are assigned for the paid period, remain under our administration, and are revoked at expiry or on a seat replacement.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
